Gable Roof

These roofs have two pitched slopes that meet on the top, forming a ridge across the length of your home. And it is precisely these two pitched slopes that make this type of roof extremely efficient in shedding off snow and rain. Hip Roof

The upper slopes have a gentle steep, while the lower ones are significantly steeper, hanging almost vertically on the side of your home. These steep slopes will allow snow and rainwater to slide off of your roof fairly easily, minimizing the risk of leaks.
