THE POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role is the highest level of leadership on our Production Team. You will be in command of the ordering, scheduling, installations, and customer satisfaction for all of our residential roofing, gutter, and window home projects in the Southeast Georgia and South Carolina areas. You will organize and lead Project Managers and Project Coordinators to follow our processes effectively, maintain accurate invoicing and change-orders, augment company profits, keep client communication engaging & genuine, ensure our quality control standards, and help improve our systems and processes as we expand.

YOUR EXPECTATIONS:

Maintain clear customer communication with empathy, connection, and represent our values throughout.
Hire, train, and manage your Project Managers, Project Coordinator(s), and Subcontractors schedules and expectations
Ensure that all materials, workmanship, and construction are in full compliance with the contract plans, company guidelines, IRC, and manufacturer installation specifications.
Manage the installation error reporting with crew leaders for correction, coaching, and to manage punch.
The Production Workflow master tool is used throughout the day and updated in real time.
Manage the garages, storage areas, and trailers organization and cleanliness.
Manage the company trailers and vans with an updated properly kept inventory list

Ensure our home projects on a running average are built in accordance with the original estimate’s margin or more
Hold interviews, train, and lead the proper staff with the quality and values needed to meet or exceed our goals
Maintain a strong 2-week-out project start timeline (dependent on supply-chain challenges)
Maintain our subcontractor list and hold the company accountable for pushing potential subcontractors contact information to your department
Manage our active installation partners training, pricing, morale, and accountability management

The edge lines across the roof could not have been straighter had they been laid out with a laser. My vents that went through the roof were painted, from white to black, and visually disappeared.
